Completed run / condensed public view
Condensed from a real completed-run analysis
Primary lever identified: dosing verification
Cultivar A · first tracked run · 90 plants · 24 lights
2.55 lb/lightbaseline established
High confidence in recorded miss Possible contributor, not causal proof

A missed dosing channel may have constrained early flower.

  • An operator note recorded that Part A dosing was off for the first 10 days after flip.
  • Density finished at 3/10 while potency, drying, and trim execution remained solid.
  • More than 750 later feed events averaged roughly 32% above the saved recipe target.
What weakens the conclusion: This was the first tracked run, and early heat, VPD, and a new propagation source overlapped the dosing interruption.
Recommended next move

Add a day-of-flip dosing checklist. Modeled opportunity: approximately 4-6 lb if the interruption materially constrained this run. Directional scenario, not a forecast.

Editorially condensed; not the in-app report layout. Names and select values changed for privacy. The full report includes score breakdowns, strengths, opportunities, phase analysis, and data-quality notes.

Useful from day one

Run a tighter operation before the first harvest is finished.

Growgoyle gives the head grower, facility manager, and floor team one place to plan the crop, coordinate work, maintain equipment, and confirm what actually happened.

Working software, available today. Open any highlighted workflow below in the live product with fictional facility data.
Run today better

Keep the operation moving.

Give every room, task, and recurring responsibility a clear place in the daily plan.

  • Know what is due, urgent, overdue, or unassigned
  • Give the team owners, priorities, instructions, and timing
  • Keep preventive maintenance and crop work visible together
Improve every run

Keep tomorrow's context.

Keep crop actions, conditions, equipment events, observations, and finished results attached to the run they affected.

  • Catch off-pattern conditions while the room is active
  • Compare completed runs with operational context intact
  • Review what to repeat, investigate, or adjust next

Plant and room scheduling

Set a crop once, carry linked dates through every phase, move whole runs without rebuilding the calendar, and see room conflicts before they become lost weeks.

One operational command center

The whole team knows what needs attention.

Schedules, daily work, room conditions, runoff, observations, incidents, and maintenance stay close to the rooms or batches they belong to. Owners can move between facilities without mixing their operational records.

  • Head growers see the crop and the work together. Planned transitions, active conditions, interventions, and team execution share the same context.
  • Team members get a practical daily plan. Assigned work, instructions, priorities, timers, and completion actions are ready on the floor.
  • Managers can follow through. Completion history, missed work, maintenance status, labor, and role-based access make ownership visible.
This operational value does not depend on waiting for an analysis. Scheduling, coordination, maintenance, and accountability start paying off as soon as the facility is set up.

Protect the active run

Catch the miss while there is still time to act.

Room conditions, feed and runoff, incomplete work, maintenance risk, grower notes, and photos stay in the same operational context. The team can investigate the room instead of assembling the story after harvest.

  • Watch the room, not another disconnected graph. Environmental readings, targets, incidents, irrigation, and runoff stay tied to the active zone and batch.
  • Keep execution gaps visible. Overdue work, maintenance, and recorded interventions help explain what the crop experienced.
  • Add crop observations with context already attached. Phase, conditions, recent actions, and prior observations travel with the photos.

Keep recording when the signal drops.

On previously opened capture screens, PPFD, environmental readings, runoff, notes, photos, and interventions can be queued on the device and posted when Growgoyle reconnects.

Offline capture is scoped to these entry workflows. Scheduling changes, task actions, analysis, and pages that have not been opened still require a connection.
Growgoyle does not pretend a photo proves a diagnosis. It surfaces possible stress and off-pattern growth, states confidence and cautions, and gives the operator a focused place to investigate.

The connective advantage

The same record runs today and explains tomorrow.

Growgoyle keeps the plan, the team's execution, room conditions, maintenance, grower observations, and finished results attached to the correct facility, room, batch, phase, and day.

Operations are valuable on their own. Because cultivation actions, recorded equipment changes, room data, and outcomes remain in one system, Growgoyle can provide alerts, comparisons, and completed-run analysis without asking the grower to reconstruct every run from memory.

Cultivation decision intelligence

A chart is not a cultivation decision.

Reporting tells you what happened. Growgoyle preserves the operating context, then helps your team review what changed, what may have mattered, and what deserves attention next.

01

Report what happened

Yield, potency, days in phase, environmental history, labor, schedule performance, and room-to-room comparisons.

“This run yielded 2.55 lb/light.”
02

Investigate what changed

Connect material differences across conditions, root zone, recorded interventions, equipment events, observations, and finished outcomes.

“These are the strongest possible contributors, and this evidence supports or limits each one.”

Built inside a commercial grow

Made by a grower who needed the answer himself.

“I needed one place to run the crop plan, keep daily work and maintenance visible, and see what the rooms were telling me. Then I needed that operational record to help explain the finished result. Growgoyle is the system I wanted while I was responsible for the harvest.”

Questions

What growers usually ask.

What parts of the operation can Growgoyle run?

Growgoyle covers crop and room scheduling, daily and recurring work, assignments, priorities, timers, completion and missed-task history, preventive-maintenance schedules, SOPs, environmental and irrigation records, alerts, harvest records, labor and performance reporting, and multi-facility team access. It is a cultivation operations platform, not payroll, accounting, sales, or a general-purpose ERP. Keep those business systems where they already work and use Growgoyle to run the grow.

Does Growgoyle prove what caused a result?

No. An observational cultivation record rarely isolates one variable well enough to prove causation. Growgoyle identifies plausible contributors, presents evidence that supports or weakens each interpretation, and may suggest a focused way to investigate or adjust. The operator decides what to change. Read the full analysis methodology.

Is this just a dashboard or a ChatGPT wrapper?

No. Dashboards display the data, and a general chatbot only sees what you paste into a conversation. Growgoyle maintains a batch- and phase-aware operating record and uses the available measurements, grower actions, observations, and finished outcomes to produce completed-run analysis with possible contributors, limitations, and next-run considerations. The language model is replaceable; the connected record and cultivation workflow are the product.

How soon does the team get value?

Immediately. A cultivar name and flip date are enough to create the first batch and schedule. Add the team, assign today's work, and set recurring maintenance as part of setup. Sensor imports, irrigation, runoff, photos, notes, interventions, harvest weights, and lab results deepen monitoring and analysis as the operational record grows.

Does it work with my existing sensors and controllers?

Yes. Keep the hardware you already paid for. Growgoyle imports from Agrowtek, TrolMaster, Pulse, AROYA, METER, Sensaphone, and systems that export CSV. Your controller keeps controlling; Growgoyle connects the readings to the crop record and decisions.

What happens when facility Wi-Fi drops?

Previously opened pages may remain available from the app's local cache. On supported capture screens, PPFD, environmental readings, runoff, notes, photos, and interventions can be queued on that device and posted when Growgoyle reconnects. The Pending Sync screen shows anything still waiting. Offline support does not cover the whole app: scheduling changes, task actions, analysis, and pages that have not been opened require connectivity.

How does facility pricing work?

One independently operated physical cultivation site is one billing unit at $499/month or $5,389/year. Rooms, buildings, licenses, zones, benches, cultivars, plant batches, users, and historical runs at one integrated site do not create extra units. On a paid subscription, creating or reactivating a site shows the exact prorated charge and requires billing approval; the site becomes operational only after payment succeeds. Deactivating a site preserves history and lowers the next renewal without a mid-cycle refund or credit. If you reactivate that paid unit before renewal, Growgoyle does not charge for it twice.

Can the whole team and multiple facilities use it?

Yes. Every subscription includes unlimited team members and role-based access. Multi-facility operators can grant site-specific access, switch facilities from one login, and keep each facility's operational record isolated. Each active physical site adds one billing unit.

Can I see it without talking to sales?

Yes. The live operating brief, completed-run analysis, and 30-day trial are open without a call. If you want help evaluating a larger operation, you can also talk directly with Eric.
